Priyathama Priyathama From Majili: A Memorable Melody Music is a unique way to communicate and express one’s feelings. Be it love, pain, anger or any emotion, music is a medium which compensates for all the unsaid emotions. Music is also a channel to establish a bond with others. Majili, an upcoming entertainer which recently released two songs, One Boy One Girl and Priyathama Priyathama, belongs to one such category. One Boy One Girl is a narrative from a guy’s perspective, wherein the guy narrates the story about his first love. Priyathama Priyathama, on the other hand, is sung from girl’s perspective, wherein she narrates how she fell for her soulmate. Featuring Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya Akkineni in the lead roles, Priyathama Priyathama is one hell of a feast for the eyes. While Gopi Sunder’s music brought out the emotions in the pictures, the fantastic pencil sketches emphasized on the girl’s eyes and her longing to be with her love. Chinmayi Sripada hummed the tune Priyathama Priyathama, a beautiful melody which brings out a girl’s innermost feelings and her deep thoughts. Her voice pulls at the heartstrings and compels one to stop in their tracks and enjoy the tune. In one particular instance, the girl appeals to the boy with whom she fell in love, to listen to her heart’s voice and respond to it. She asks him to pay heed to her longing eyes and pleasing smile while she is following him down the lanes and he is unaware of her presence. With shades of love smeared all over her beautiful face, emotions such as yearning for a loved one, following him wherever he goes, smiling at his little antics and remembering him when she is alone, Samantha’s expressions in Priyathama Priyathama are absolutely brilliant. An emotional rollercoaster ride which is sure to create a special place in everyone’s hearts, Majili is all set for a grand release this summer.
